class of august 12th


On august 12th we learned a lot about the Subjective vision of organizational culture, and how important it is for the development of the organizations, because employees shape a general subjective perception of the organization based on factors such as the degree  tolerance, and teamwork. This overall perception becomes the organization’s culture. These favorable or unfavorable perceptions then affect employee performance and satisfaction, with the impact being greater for stronger cultures, other important issues to discuss that invlove the subjective vision of organizational culture are Shared assumptions, Values, meanings,understanding and Corporate image.
  
This are the characteristics for a succesful expericence in an organization:
1. Memebers identity
2. Emphasis on groups
3. Indirect focus on people
4. Integration of units
5. Control
6. Risk tolerance
7. Reward criteria
8. Emphasis to ends or to means
9. Open system approach
10. Multiplicity and interaction of cultures

August 5th 2010

In the class of august 5th 2010, we learned about organizational culture and how imporatant it is in our world.  Because it doesn't only generates human resources the shapes un identity but also it generates cultural paradigms, which is basically the way people think and behave as well.

Organizational culture is one of the fundamental pillars to support those organizations who want to become competitive. Therefore, organizational culture is a competitive advantage in a social context. also, organizational culture must be study  as the cornerstone of continuous improvement in addition it was also considered important to study the importance of human resource management in the improvement of technology, because this is what causes organizations to change their culture. The theory was based  on Robbins's ideas.

people continually expand their ability to understand complexity of the gruous and always have tried to be in one.
 Q: Whis is important for orgnizations to have culture?

Now days more than ever, organizations need to develop learning skills in order them to capitalize knowledge. In an organizations the decisions must be taking into account its culture in order to evaluate and recognize the cultural values that are necessary for the organization, and push forward and make it strong through a plan, considering the communication as a key to culture change and the creation of stronger cultural values needed to support organizational strategy, and survive to the globalization process and being competitive.
